15A – Figuring Out Buyer Behavior No. 2

I interviewed people from three different ages. I find the following points are the factors that e-cigarette consumers care about.
1. Does it have a good taste
2. Can it bring excitement
3. Healthy issue

Through talking to them, I found that they had used the following brands of products
1. JUUL
2. Logic
3. Blu

JUUL's market share in the U.S. has exceeded 60%, the taste is better than the alternatives, but the price is expensive, the bigger problem is that there is no 0 nicotine content of e-cigarettes.
Blu e-cigarettes, acquired by Imperial Tobacco from Renault, show that the black box features Blu's style on top of its outer packaging, and its minimalist natural style is very much in love. Unlike JUUL, Blu offers 0-nicotine e-cigarettes at a better price than similar products, with the only drawback being a slight lack of taste.
Logic is the first e-cigarette on the market, and like Blu, the taste flaw is the most serious problem.

They are more likely to buy e-cigarettes online and will refer to the user's experience before buying to determine whether to buy it.

After they first bought e-cigarettes, they thought the experience was special. To a large extent, e-cigarettes have become an alternative to cigarettes. They chose healthier e-cigarettes to ease their addiction. Therefore, they think that the taste of e-cigarettes is the most important, a good taste can let them in use is to produce and use cigarettes similar to the stimulation. It's actually the price, and for big brands like JUUL, the use of e-cigarettes can become very costly. Finally, they don't care less about nicotine, because e-cigarettes themselves are healthier than cigarettes. Nicotine, meanwhile, is why they choose to smoke.

As a conclustion, I think my target audience is people who have no experience with cigarette use. This group is curious about e-cigarettes and health requirements. In this way, nicotine-0 e-cigarettes can be well-positioned to make them judge their likes and dislikes before they become addicted to cigarettes.
